Satomi, el beso will open a pop-up store “#if1@NY↔TOKYO” in Harajuku, the mecca of Japanese pop culture, for two days. This pop-up store, which will appear in Harajuku where people comes from all over the world, will display costumes from the collection “#if1” by costume artist Satomi Takakura, which was showed on the runway at New York Fashion Week in September 2023.

“#if 1” is inspired by Japanese pop culture and subculture driven by Japanese idols. Satomi Takakura, who has created many idol costumes, has brought Japan’s unique idol style into a fashion and been sent to the world. This challenge is attracting attention not only in the fashion industry but also in the entertainment world.

The interior of the store will express a rock world with glittering, reminiscent of the atelier @Shibuya, which is the source of Satomi, el beso’s creation. In addition to the exhibition of “#if1” costumes, Satomi el beso will also be selling merchandise for the first time in the brand’s history. You can find accessories, Mac Book covers, keychains, bucket hats, shoelaces, and more.
Also, we will be accepting orders for men’s and women’s shirts made from the comic print fabric used in #if1 as well as costumes and clothes.
